The book talks about the Ancient Nepalese techniques on how to become happy and healthy all the time by utilizing yoga, meditation, and pranayam techniques which are taught by our ancient sages in the Himalayan Country.

Hey! I’m Suresh. My life started out pretty cool, living near the big, beautiful Himalayas. Just picture waking up every day with these giant mountains saying “hello.” I was the youngest kid in a family of seven, living in a place filled with stories and lessons from nature. Sounds like a fairy tale, right? Well, life had some twists in store for me too.
When I turned 21, things got tough. I was really sick, felt super lost, and nothing seemed to help, no matter how many doctors I saw. But then, a buddy of mine said, “Why don’t you try yoga and meditation?” So, I gave it a shot, not expecting much. Wow, was I wrong! In six months, I felt like a new person. It was like finding a secret path in a forest that led me out of the dark.
That change was so huge for me; I just had to share it with others. So, I packed my bags, came to the U.S., and learned even more about yoga and how to teach it. I’ve been lucky to help over 500 people find their own secret paths to feeling better. And you know what? It’s not just about bending and stretching. It’s about finding a little bit of magic in everyday life.
